I appreciate everything from the service to the cleanliness of my carpet very professional very friendly would have them again over and over again the only thing that I would say is when somebody calls to book an appointment be sure and tell them to get online and see the other charges that might be available to them so they’re not surprised when the service person comes and says he can give you the service for extra money
Surprise add-ons are not a thing that people like so be sure and tell them to get online and look at all the extra charges so they can be prepared to pay the bill at the end
