This is the third year we have used Zerorex to clean our family room and stairs coming up from the garage. We have had pet stains, coffee stains and grandchild "accidents" on the carpet that have all come out on the first cleaning, with no need for call backs. Tyler was the carpet cleaner associate the last time and he was on time, professional and polite. We will definitely use Zerorex again!
Zerorez was available when I needed them. I called and they were there the same week! A whole house clean was done on the flooring. 31 year old carpet looked like new, 11 year old carpet looked like it was just installed. They were able to remove stains we did not think we possible. I would highly recommend!
