I called and left a voicemail on a Sunday for a possible early Monday morning cleaning before moving into my new home. I received an immediate call back from Lisa who arranged the tech to be at the home. Scott called me on his way to the home. Scott explained the services and pricing for add-on services. I was very impressed with both Lisa and Scott for their quick action. Scott did a fantastic job on the whole house and successfully removed the coffee stain.
