This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez and we are just as happy with the results this time as the first time. The employee was in an out in no time and did a fabulous job. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and they are very hard on our carpet. The technician was very thorough with their "favorite" spots. By this morning our carpet was completely dry and and there was never a chemical smell that you get with some other companies. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Zerorez will be our go to company from this point forward.
