Tech was very friendly and personable. I was disappointed in the fact that I have some stains still, but he did mention they could be permanent. The radio just says that you guys can make carpet look brand new again so i was bummed when that didn't happen.
Changing my score to a 9, Aaron did a fine job minus the footprints he left behind. He did, however, come back and take care of it for me. Just be more careful next time, kid.
