Zerorez always responds to my cleaning requests by providing services within 1 or two days. I had a wine spill on a Thursday evening and someone was out to clean the stain by Saturday. My carpet looks amazing. I've used them for the past 3-4 years to clean all the carpets in my home and upholstery. I'll never go anywhere else.
