Completely ruined my carpet and had to buy new carpet. Contacted you to come out and look at it before replacement with no response. Finally after multiple emails and phone calls was told I’ll receive a refund for services but not any compensation for my destroyed carpet.

Pete did a great job!! He didn't do anything wrong the first time. We just tried to touch up an area after he left and we made a mess of things. We appreciate him coming back to help us and the carpet now looks great.
I have had zero razz to the house now three times and the carpet always looks so fresh and new. JMV

Our carpet looks so much better! Our technician was so polite, friendly and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and even gave us advice if we should replace certain areas due to wear and tear. He did about 4 rooms and a hallway in an hour start to finish. We had heard great things about Zerorez and now we understand the hype! We will have them come back for the rest of our rooms in the future!

Chris did an amazing job. I had stains from pets that I thought would never come out and I would have to buy new carpet that I couldn’t afford at this time. But Chris did it!!
