Client Testimonials
I appreciate that there are no chemicals used.
From beginning to end, this was a great service. I booked the appointment on line -easy. The appointment was immediately confirmed - easy. A reminder email was sent, the tech called when he was on his way, and then a carpet that we thought was beyond redemption looked new by the time the tech was done with it.
I do not remember the tech's name, but he was very very kind to my elder parents as he had to work around a wheelchair and walkers. He was upbeat and easy going.
My carpets look great and feel soft unlike other cleaners.
Customer service was great and happy with the outcome of cleaning!

The Zerorez workers well trained in their work and so careful to get the whole carpet spotless. They use their time wisely and are polite while doing so. The two men made sure I was satisfied with my very clean carpet. I’ve used them before and will do so again.

On time, courteous, quick service
it's waste fast and professional, great job, looked better than I expected it to.
They do what they say and do a great job explaining all of my options and listen to my concerns. I love the fact that my carpets feel like carpet and not crunchy like I'm walking in crushed cereal. I have used other companies and they look clean but they don't feel like it.
Courteous, prompt service at a good value!
Good customer service and pricing
