We’ve always like the results from carpet cleaning services that Zerorez provides. This time we had them do our tile as well. We were blown away how clean the tile and grout was after they finished. The tech was timely and did a great job! We will use them again and recommend that you do the same.
My carpet looks great. Believe me it needed a good cleaning. I babysit my 6 grandkids and they are a challenge when it comes to keeping my carpet clean. A little spill here , another there. Add a dog and two cats to the mix. Looks good as new now. Smells great too.

I have two concerns.
1. I refused spot remover pretreatment, because we had no animal accidents, and faded spots returned on day three.
Despite Trajen explained well, perhaps more information, even printed, would help customer understanding, and increase willingness to pay that upcharge.
2. Also, never having had upholstery cleaned, I was shocked at how long it is taking to dry lounge chair's cushion.
The carpet and stairs look very nice, and the cushion is close to dry today. We will definitely continue with zerorez!

It's easy to schedule an appointment and the tech shows up on time. We've had Zerorez clean our carpets multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed. Aaron did a terrific job this time. The carpet had some pretty bad grease and coffee stains and everything came out!
I like that it smelled clean when it was done and not like chemicals. It was quick and it looks nice once it was done, so yes I would recommend you guys to a friend or family member.
