It's been four days since our technician came to clean our carpets and we're just thrilled with the results. Tyler F. was quick and professional. At first, there was a slight "wet carpet" odor as the carpet was drying, but that's probably because we have dogs and haven't had the carpets cleaned since we moved in over six years ago. The carpet is much softer and brighter than it was prior to cleaning! We're planning on calling soon to do the basement. Thank you!!

Great customer service and a terrific service. Our technician, Taylor, was wonderful and explained step-by-step the process that would be followed. He made sure at the end of the job that we were happy and offered to come back if we had any troubles.

I was unhappy with my Service Tech. and Scott took the time to call me and ask what he could do. He listened to and understood what I was saying and offered to come out and re-clean my carpet. I declined as I did not want it cleaned again. Many thanks to Scott for his time and understanding.
