The technicians are always professional and do a thorough job. They work hard to do a good job. There is no crusty residue and it’s safe for my kids and pets. My carpet is old, but it looks fabulous after getting cleaned by Zerorez. I am always impressed with the results.
I like that there is no residue left behind to attract dirt. Like that appointment was confirmed ahead of time and was called when technician was on the way. Very friendly, respectful, wore shoe covers, and asked about face covering. Carpet looked very nice upon completion. Very happy with the job done.
