Pete was very professional and a great guy. All though, I'm not entirely satisfied with the over-all clean. It was quite expensive and Stanley seems to clean just as well. I'll have to seriously consider using you again in the future. If I do, I will request Pete again.

The carpet cleaning was great but if I am being honest, the employee who came to do the cleaning made the experience a fantastic one for us. He was super upbeat, polite, very thorough in finding all the spots that needed deep cleaning, and made the whole experience more comfortable for us by obliging me and wearing his mask in the house even though we were not near him. Do whatever it takes to keep that guy at your company!!
We requested Pete Bailey the first time we had Zerorez clean our carpet because a neighbor thought he did a great job. He did such a nice job that we requested him once again and also had the grout cleaned and sealed in the kitchen and bathroom tile floors. This was during covid and he wore his mask and shoe covers. We will call Zerorez and request Pete as our carpet requires professional cleaning to maintain the warranty. We've been very happy and have given several business cards to our neighbors.

No lingering odor, carpets look and feel clean. The air is cleaner after ducts cleaned and I can breathe better, which is the reason I had it done.
