A suggestion--perhaps you should change the description of the 3-room special. I was under the impression from a call I placed before ordering service that this was based on actual measurements the tech would do upon arrival v. generically defined "areas." There were no measurements, at my house or my mother's. Even though her rooms are much smaller in comparison to ours, the bedroom, living room and kitchen were deemed three "areas" so she paid extra for the hallway and the stairs to the basement. We were both very happy with the results and the tech Tyler was extremely professional and helpful. He also discounted her hallway since it was a very small one. Still, I think you need to be clear on how the "3 rooms" are determined and this did not play out as I was told on my initial call.
Nonetheless, we will use your services again based on outcome, but I did feel as if the special was falsely advertised.

Connor arrived to clean several rooms and asked if there were any problem areas that may need extra attention. Connor observed my dogs and asked if there were any pet accidents that needed attention. I showed Connor one area of concern and he got on his knees and smelled the area. Connor suggested an antibacterial spray for the room as the cleaning process may raise an unwanted odor for a short period.
Connor did not "push" the product like other companies do, but rather gave a price estimate and provided a total bill with the additional treatment before he started cleaning. After a few other questions, I added on the antibacterial treatment and Connor began working.
Connor began spraying all areas to be cleaning with a pre-treatment and explained the high traffic areas would look better, but not be as soft as new carpet. After the pre-treat spray Connor began working with the power brush and gave the high traffic areas extra attention. Connor donned shoe protectors and began cleaning. Cleaning went quickly, and after the process was complete, Connor asked me to inspect all treated areas to make sure I was satisfied. The job was completed satisfactorily, and Connor asked if there was anything else he could do. I asked about the duct cleaning service Zerorez provided and Connor walked the house and counted all of the vents and gave me a quote.
