I was very impressed with both Lisa and Scott for their quick action. Scott did a fantastic job on the whole house and successfully removed the coffee stain.

Tyler came to clean our carpet yesterday. He was so friendly and personable and he explained all of the steps he would be taking to do the cleaning, told us approximately how long it would take and patiently answered all my questions. We are very satisfied with the outcome and especially pleased that no chemicals are used and it is safe for our pet immediately after cleaning.
