They were on time / even a little early. The cleaning tech was VERY polite and worked very hard the whole time he was here. He even had to move his truck when my son had to go to work. He understood that I was having breathing issues cleaned extra in the rooms where it was most important. I was very pleased and the carpets look great!
Young man was very pleasant and efficient. Other rug cleaners have dragged hose through house and damaged walls. Not Zerorez! He had plastic corner cones to protect house. My carpet and furniture look brand new!
