From beginning to end, this was a great service. I booked the appointment on line -easy. The appointment was immediately confirmed - easy. A reminder email was sent, the tech called when he was on his way, and then a carpet that we thought was beyond redemption looked new by the time the tech was done with it.
I do not remember the tech's name, but he was very very kind to my elder parents as he had to work around a wheelchair and walkers. He was upbeat and easy going.
My carpets look great and feel soft unlike other cleaners.
