Everything was excellent
Carpets and chair look really clean. But the worker forgot the approximately 4 foot hose and head that cleaned my chair. Quite heavy too. Called the phone number I have to let him know but had to leave a message. Have heard nothing back. This is probably an expensive piece of equipment and think you need to have it for the next upholstery that needs cleaning. Will gladly arrange for a time so it can get picked up.

Your service person was great. Wore his mask, explained the process and amount of time. However, want to mention the very next day received a flyer in the value pak with an add from your company stating 3 rooms of carpet cleaning starting at $129.00, I paid 139.00 for 1 room.

Very clean and everything was very sanitized and again, clean. Our tech, Scott, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, so kind, informative and works so dang hard! I was watching him and he wiped up water and didn’t miss one spot. I was just very thrilled with the experience. I’m not sure I’d spend quite that much if it weren’t for how hard I saw Scott work to be quite honest. The result was worth it and knowing my animals and kids are safe from chemicals, it made it worthwhile.
