I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was done. The person that came was very informative and offered two other services that I hadn’t thought of. I didn’t do both but I did get my rugs deodorized. Thank you and I’ll be calling again next year.

Everything was excellent
Carpets and chair look really clean. But the worker forgot the approximately 4 foot hose and head that cleaned my chair. Quite heavy too. Called the phone number I have to let him know but had to leave a message. Have heard nothing back. This is probably an expensive piece of equipment and think you need to have it for the next upholstery that needs cleaning. Will gladly arrange for a time so it can get picked up.
