The first time they came out and cleaned I did point out a couple of coffee spills and the tec said they may not come out and he tried his best. And after the carpet dried they were still there, but after my review, they contacted me to come back out and see if they could get the stains up with some pre-treatment and I agreed. It worked, and the stains are gone so they stand by their guarantee and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was a little hesitant at first because it can be expensive. However, after it was finished and I got to experience my carpets as if they were brand new again, I was completely sold. Whatever is in the zerorez formula obviously works! My carpets were soiled heavily from potty training my dog and now they look brand new. There is also no odor. On top of all that, the customer service was top notch and the team member, Trajan, who worked on my carpets did an amazing job of being personable yet professional. I would most definitely recommend this service to anyone and can see myself using it again in the future!
