Your technician did a great job. I do have an issue with the office, though. I received an ad on my IPad about a 10% discount and in calling to make an appt there was no mention of a discount;, I called back and the discount was given. I just feel like I shouldn't have to ask for the discount. Over all I am happy with the cleaning and Aaron.

The online process to get the estimate and schedule service was easy and fast. The technician was on time, professional and friendly, explained the process in detail. He was efficient but took plenty of time to get our carpets clean and dry. The results were great and we will highly recommend Zerorez to everyone we know.

I really appreciate the communication of Zerorez in scheduling the appt, the tips for preparing for the carpet cleaning, the inspection and estimate before beginning, and of course the courtesy and the professionalism of Scott. I love the way the carpet looks and smells so fresh! He was able to get all of the stains out of our carpet..wow! I would definitely have Zerorez next time!
