There was a pricing issue so I called in and the customer service was extremely poor. They need to work on those ladies communication, willingness to listen, willingness to help, willingness to understand. They actually said random things without verifying facts. It was like they were just making stuff up just to get to the answer NO quicker! It was disheartening. Eventually they took care of my issue, but the manager refused to call me or email me back. I asked to speak to her manager and they refused to let me. Anyway, Trajan was wonderful. So that saved the day.
