Trajan was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained the process, asked more than once if I had any questions and wanted to ensure his job was done up to my standards, which they exceeded. Zerorez removed stains in my mind I thought were not going to be treatable. I would give higher than ten stars for Trajan, Zerorez and their service - it was great when I had friends compliment the noticeable difference when they saw the work that was done. If I had more carpet in my house Zerorez would be the company I would call and even ask for Trajan again! Thanks again.
