This is a great company to work with from beginning to end. Online scheduling was easy, confirmation was sent, and the technician arrived right on time. Doug, our technician, was personable and professional. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process and made some recommendations. While our carpet is fairly new, there were some serious issues due to young pets that are not quite housebroken. He first applied a neutralizing agent, followed by a very thorough cleaning. A day later our carpet looks brand new again, and there are no lingering odors of any kind.
I highly recommend Zerorez Omaha to others and will continue to use them when needed. A big thank you to Doug.
