We are very happy. Our service rep was so thorough and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing.
Our carpet was in bad shape and it is so much better now. He got many decade plus old stains out. Not everything came out but way more than we expected. This is the first time in 24 years we had this done! Highly recommend Scott and Zerorez.
