My only dislike is that you have your cleaning person ask for a tip - I feel that it is not necessary to ask and if a client feels like they wish to give a tip they will do so.

We have used ZeroRez in the past for carpet and upholstery cleaning and we were very happy with them then and we are still very happy with them today. Pete, our service technician was very kind and friendly, explained the whole process and possible limitations to a couple of spots we showed him (I really like that.) I appreciate honesty, tell me the truth and be upfront about the realistic expectations, not false promises and claims. To my surprise, he was still able to remove all of them. He even attempted to remove a spot I knew wouldn't come out, so I didn't mention it to him, but when he came across it he tried anyway and came to me with an apology that he wasn't able to remove it, to which I told him, 'Yeah, I didn't expect you would, it's gorilla glue.' ;) But, I love that he tried and then came to me about it to yet. (That's top-notch professionalism.) I also appreciated his willingness and ease to add-on a cleaning of a wing back chair that I had forgotten about and had not mentioned when I first scheduled the appointment, that was very nice and I appreciate that they are/were able to do that. The final item I appreciate about ZeroRez is that they just use hot water to clean. Yes, they may use some chemicals to remove stains and pet urine spots, but overall it's just good ol' hot water, so there's no residue left behind, unless you request that they put on a stain-resistant treatment when they are done, of course. I know there is always room for improvement and businesses look for ways to do that, but I can't honestly offer up any ideas where to make those improvements. From Ally, who scheduled my appointment (she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough with communicating instructions and answering questions with me over the phone-I still appreciate that-talking to a person) to Pete, the technician who called me to confirm and inform me of his expected arrival time to which he arrived promptly when he said he would and did all that I stated above. He was a very efficient worker, I had a living room set (sofa, loveseat, arm chair and ottoman) and wing-back chair cleaned, carpets in two bedrooms, two landings and stairs, and one family room cleaned, a few spot treatments and stain-resistant treatment in three areas (an offer they had advertised) and he was done in just over an hour (start to finish). We also felt their prices were fair and reasonable, we paid $625 and that included tax for everything we had done. We have no problem recommending them to our friends and fellow business people...just a great company and people to work with. Thank you ZeroRez. And Thank you Pete and Ally you represent the company very well! :)
