Let me start by saying, I have 18 year old, berber, white carpet. 😫. The process brings up the nap on my carpet. I can’t even tell where to place my furniture back…no indenting left. It looks almost new when the cleaning is done. I will add, I do not have any pets, but it has gone through grandchildren! I get my carpets cleaned once a year just to keep things fresh. The techs are professional and prompt.
