I appreciate the Saturday availability. Our technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra efforts to complete the job and make sure we were pleased. My only suggestion would be to discontinue using the styrofoam protectors (under the furniture). You have used the thin plastic pieces in the past and they are, in my opinion, much better.
