Tech arrived when scheduled, was very polite, thorough and explained the process completely, asked if I had any questions. Finished up in a timely manner and and left withnothin gout of place and two very clean rooms.
The guys get the carpets clean and provide a 30 day come back out if any stains re-appear.

The representative was very knowledgeable. He explained to me step-by-step what he was going to do, he even took great care to mention when leaving the door open to make sure that all of my animals were put away. He was able to shampoo for area rugs and two stairwell runners in under an hour.
