Pete was really great to work with on our issue. He was very timely in calling me that he was on his way and the service he was going to provide. He even asked if there was anything else I may need addressed or help with. We talked about the air ducts and he was so willing to look at our system and give me an estimate and even perform the work that day. He kept me up-to-date on what he was doing with his work and always asked if I had any questions. He is very focused on customer service and making sure our needs were met. We appreciate that very much. The next time we need assistance, we would like Pete to come back to our house!

Our technician Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He did not try to sell us services we didn't want or need. He was incredibly thorough and fast. Our carpet was dry less than 24 hours later and it looks fantastic.
No sticky or tacky residue left behind and it left our carpet smelling fresh. I would recommend Zerorez to anybody looking to freshen up the look and smell of their carpet.
