My cleaner Taz was fantabulilous explained just wat he was doing and why my carpets n certain areas were they way they were super polite and the end result was my carpets turned out like wat they looked Luke wen I moved in 3 yrs ago he was very polite I will definitely use them again as long as he's the 1 who comes 2 do them again
