Did what they would said they would do. No promises. Set great expectations. Didnt try to upsell me anything if I didn’t want to add anything to my cleaning. Liked that they asked about my concerns, how long we had been there, and if we had plans to keep the carpet. All great questions to get to the reason why they are there.

Very prompt and thorough! I had a special pet odor extraction done in a section of my carpet and that worked terrific! I thought I would have to buy new carpet, but having this cleaning has given it a few more years. The gentleman who did the cleaning did a great job, was very polite.

The fact that Zerorez dosn't use solvents is a big deal to us. The carpets look great when they are done. We have had them clean our kitchen tile in the past and it was a great treatment also. Out grout was darker than when new due to dirt and grime. ZeroreZ made it look like new again, remarkable.

While I did upgrade our services from my original quote, I did not feel pressured to do so, nor did I feel like he was trying to ‘upscale’ me on anything.
