The fact that Zerorez dosn't use solvents is a big deal to us. The carpets look great when they are done. We have had them clean our kitchen tile in the past and it was a great treatment also. Out grout was darker than when new due to dirt and grime. ZeroreZ made it look like new again, remarkable.

Scott was amazing! Fast, efficient, thorough in his work. He explained everything he was going to do and provided accurate pricing. The areas he cleaned were a challenge due to some past construction; they put that sticky cellophane stuff on the stairs and bedroom. It looks absolutely perfect now. Thank you Scott!!!

The carpet came out great, and they worked hard to take care of the problem spots. I was very happy with the outcome and plan to use Zerorez again, especially if Scott and Tylor would be the technicians.
