When the technician from Zerorez came to clean my carpet, he said if I wasn't completely happy with the job he did, Zerorez would be very glad to come back within 30 days and do what was necessary to make me happy. I used that promise and called Zerorez back a 2nd time. This time, before they returned, I used a pre-spotter and brush to go over the places that still needed attention (there were quite a few of them). A different technician came and he worked very hard for nearly two hours. There was no charge for this. When he left, my 16-yr-old firzea (spelling?) carpet looked amazingly wonderful and feels soft. It doesn't look quite new, but one wouldn't expect a 16-yr-old carpet to look brand new. I am very happy with the job the 2nd man did and will have them back again. I recommend them to you!
Easy to make appointments online. Great communication. Tyler did a fantastic job–he was both professional and personable, explained the entire process, and conscientious of his work. It took about 8-9 hours for the dampness to somewhat dry out. By next morning, the carpets were completely dry. My carpets look nice and clean and feel softer.

Easy to set up an appointment. Appreciate the Tech calling me when he's about 15 minutes away. Each Tech is always polite, friendly and professional. Asks if I have any questions and explains the service if need be. Always wears surgical booties when coming in my home. Also appreciate your cleaning process so my carpets are especially clean, not smelly or crunchy after cleaning and that they're not soaked and don't stay wet for hours. Always very pleased with the carpets when done.
