The carpet came out great, and they worked hard to take care of the problem spots. I was very happy with the outcome and plan to use Zerorez again, especially if Scott and Tylor would be the technicians.

Very professional, on time and did a great job, my carpet is 14 years old and looks really nice again after having ZeroRez come out to clean it.
Scott was very professional and explained some things about our furniture - that "micro-suede" is hard to clean but that ours came out very well. And then he did his best to clean the whole bedroom and paid special attention to the "track" going to the bathroom. We were happy with the outcome.

Easy Website to review and schedule, promptness, customer service, and especially end result! Scott really went to town to get the carpets clean especially high traffic areas and spots. The carpet looks great! And it added some nice humidity to the house as a bonus!
