We have used zero rez for three years now and we are thankful the technician is the same person each visit. Lucas knows our home layout & our dogs and most importantly how to revive our carpets.
The carpets are clean, not crunchy and dried in less than a day. The associate was friendly, prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

I think the company zero Rez did an amazing job on our carpets in our basement they were able to do Deodorize two rooms and you can definitely smell and see the difference this is our second time using zero Rez and we will use them every time
