Scott called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. He had me show him areas of concern. He explained. What to expect after cleaning carpet. He did an excellent job!! When he was finished went over drying time and ceiling fan would assist with drying. I also raised thermostat. What I thought would be a permanent stain was gone. Very happy with outcome and would highly recommend Zerorez.

We've used Zerorez a few times, and each technician we've had has been friendly, personable, and professional. The service is always great! We also feel like our carpets are cleaned well, and they dry quickly!

We were very impressed with the results! You can actually watch the carpets get lighter as they cleaned. And the young men that came to clean were professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. My husband wanted to add another room to clean, and they made it easy and found us the best deal. We really enjoyed talking with them as they did their job! We will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Nice young man did our cleaning and did a fantastic job! Our carpet is 25 years old and we have had zerorez twice now. They work the traffic areas extra hard and move the furniture to get all the areas. The carpet looks and feels awesome. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
