Scott called and said he was on his way. He arrived in the first hour of the 4 hour time window. We went over everything that was to be done. When the work was completed, he asked me to look it over and see if there was anything that I wanted touched up. There were two very small areas that he went over again. Very pleased with the results of my tile cleaning. Scott was thorough and very professional. This is second time I have used Zerorez and have been very pleased both time.
