I felt ell taken care of. Staff was helpful and work order was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance on purchasing a bicycle or accessories for a bike. The store has a very large inventory and staff is also willing to order many things if the shop doesn’t have them.

I wanted a Velotric Summit 2 and Martin's got one in prior to its release. It was put together and ready for me and I was riding it before Velotric officially released it. Bike is great and service is great. I will be using Martin's for all of my cycling needs.

What I ordered from you, was exactly what I needed and what I was looking for the order process was easy the shipping time was more the reasonable although I wish you would not use the United States postal service especially in Las Vegas they spend more time trying to get out of work then doing their job if you care about your customers and your product getting to them don't use the postal service they're terrible just my opinion thank you
