The customer portal is great!
Happy with your service but wish deliveries would come more often in the cold weather. My 2 tanks frequently fall below 30% and require my monitoring them in the winter. 2 years ago we ran out and the lines had to be purged of air.
I would love to have a remote meter installed and have been waiting about a year. Recently my daughter's family moved in. We are now 3 children ages 1,6,9 and 4 adults, I know our consumption will increase.

We are new homeowners and didn’t realize we were almost out of propane right before hosting thanksgiving. The team did an amazing job to get us a delivery before thanksgiving and saved the day. I am so so thankful for the kindness of everyone I spoke to.
The service was very prompt. I was not at the residence when the delivery was initially made because the driver was not notified to call me prior to delivery, but we coordinated subsequently and everything went smoothly . The driver was very accommodating.
