You provided many backgrounds. I was able to easily add my message without trying to figure out how to remove lines/punctuations that might have been previously there. I had my choice of font and color. Banners.com hopefully stay true to delivering on time.

The biggest advantage is I did not have to establish a complex relationship with the ordering process. Too often today, one must have a unique and complex learning process to adapt to many different supplier ways of doing business. Often times there is a "minefield" and things get convoluted as a step is not well understood or missed.
Now, on a separate inquiry, the quote came back as more than the price for on line ordering even with order assist. I requested a quote to plan for shipping costs.
Very helpful and made the ordering experience easy. I needed to reorder some items and add some new ones, Decals.com was able to reference my previous orders and build a new order for me with no problems. The decals themselves are high quality and well done. Thanks!

What I really appreciated about my experience with my first order from your company was when I received a phone call shortly after submitting the order, letting me know of an issue that I needed to make an adjustment in order for it to turn out correctly. I made the adjustment and received another phone call and then made another adjustment. Turns out I made a mistake in the size that I ordered which is what caused the prior issues. Had I not received that initial phone call, I would not have been happy with the product. The customer service was exceptional! I will absolutely recommend your company to others for the care and concern that I received.
