Although the website is a bit clunky from an aesthetic viewpoint, and it's not simple to edit (colors dont have names or numbers to reference), the follow-up on the proofs and the responsiveness of Banners.com personnel is exceptional. I received my item when I needed it (with rush delivery) and it was excellent quality. Many thanks!!

The production team and a designer named Andrea! I uploaded my custom design and indicated no proofs were needed… thank goodness for the production team - I would not have been happy with the result and fault would have been mine. I was very grateful they flagged it and I had the pleasure of receiving a direct phone call from Andrea, and she not only fixed everything but made it better in a way I hadn’t considered. Really impressed with the whole experience and couldn’t be more confident in recommending this service to others. Thank you!
