The process of designing and ordering the decal was much better than I’d had experienced with other websites.
When there was an unexpected color change (either by my own fault, or something saving incorrectly), getting the correction was quick and easy.

I believe I spoke with Nick. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Speaking directly with someone who works at the facility, rather than through a call center, makes a big difference. I left the conversation feeling that my project was important and was being handled by the people actually producing it. I will be a returning customer.

When I got the proof back it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Joe from CS called me immediately and we discussed what I was looking for. He made some suggestions and made sure what I was getting was what I needed. All of this took less than an hour. This was on a Tuesday. FedEx is delivering my banner on Friday. Highly recommend!

What did you like about your ordering experience?

The customer service is fantastic. They allow you the option for them to look at your design to make sure everything is ok before the order goes through. They then have a customer service representative call you and email you to let you know they have reviewed it and you can proceed with approving the order. Who does that anymore? They do!!! The banner was even better than I expected. They got it here faster than expected as well. All in all, a great experience ordering from them.
