I uploaded my product decal as a PNG with transparency in the shape of my product. Within minutes of submitting my order on-line, I received an email with the artwork and a follow up phone call to review the details. Shortly after I’d approved it and it was sent into production.

He kept me updated but the overnight shipping went a little bit wrong. It actually came on Saturday morning. I was somewhat stressed by that but everything worked out.
