I uploaded my custom design and indicated no proofs were needed… thank goodness for the production team - I would not have been happy with the result and fault would have been mine. The process of designing and ordering the decal was much better than I’d had experienced with other websites.
When there was an unexpected color change (either by my own fault, or something saving incorrectly), getting the correction was quick and easy.

Speaking directly with someone who works at the facility, rather than through a call center, makes a big difference.
