Ordering from the website is somewhat clunky. I've had better experience from other vendors, but also worst from other vendors. However, if you write notes in each order, they listen and do exactly what you ask. They are also really friendly and very helpful when you talk to them over the phone. Only giving a 9 because the website makes you anxious when you place an order and have to write notes on what needs to be changed.
