I like that nobody has tried to tell us what we want! When I was in the market for a fatbike a competitors salesperson made me feel like an idiot who knew nothing about bikes and tried selling me on the idea that a gravel bike that happened to be in stock was really what I wanted! I lucked out with the Big Jon in the L frame, accessories purchased since has been the same non condescending experience! Nobody has tried selling us anything we don’t need. But most importantly, excellent coffee!
