Went in for a bike rack for my truck, knowing what I wanted. Staff member was very friendly. I sat on the Orbea Rallon while I was in the store and I was almost convinced to buy it!

I came in with my son’s bike without a service appointment. Morgan was great and was able to take the bike, and it was ready the next day. Quick fix by Lance; I was so appreciative that Northstar was welcoming and kind to me and my son. I am not a biker myself so really appreciate having a trustworthy place to bring my son’s bike to.
