Great range of bike parts and maintenance items. Good customer service; was sent a duplicate item instead of one of the other items in my order, and they mailed me the correct item along with a return shipping bag for the duplicate.

We stopped in your store while travelling through Cranbrook due to an online add for a tandem bicycle. We purchased the tandem and your staff was very helpful, assisting us to pack the bicycle into our little hatchback for the trip home. We will definitely visit your store next trip.
