The service I received from Tanner was exceptional. I was trying to decide between 3 gravel bikes (currently a roadie) and he answered all my questions thoroughly and was patient with me with those numerous questions.

I must admit I was initially a bit concerned he may not be able to answer my questions because he is a young man and possibly without enough knowledge. I was wrong!
And anything he was at all unsure about, he asked another staff member.

You were the only place where I could get a Cannondale Synapse; a bike I have dreamed of for quite awhile. When I made a couple of phone calls the person I spoke with was courteous and cheerfully answered all my questions.
Considering the distance involved your service was impressively swift. I waited over a year for parts from a company near where I live and finally gave up.
