Cant comment on the dropper post and lever that i have bought as it gets installed in the next week, but it seems functionnal and came without a scratch or fingerprint, plus i made a mistake selecting the lever and with a simple email, customer service changed it before they shipped it. Will order again and recommend on fb groups for sure!
