Staff listened to our requests and tried to meet our needs, not just make a sale. They took time to explain technical things, and I expect they will happily answer future questions.

Someone greets me when I walk into the store. Sometimes gear places can be intimidating but I don't feel embarrassed asking dumb questions.

And when I had a warranty issue with ski boots, they were exchanged immediately.
