It was okay. It would be better if the metal I bought would not have been folded already. I should have the option to fold it myself. If you have given it to me flat then I would fold it myself according to my needs and folded it to fit.

Friendly staff and great selection of products. I also inquired about renting a bike late on on Saturday afternoon forgetting Northstar was closed on Sundays. To solve this issue, they proposed I hold on to the bike and return it on Monday, but would only charge me for two days. I thought this was a very fair and accommodating way to treat a customer.

I’ve been lucky enough to deal with Scott most of the time. I usually look for him. He’s honest and very knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to online but I get the facts when I deal with a local shop and genuine parts. I also don’t feel pressured to buy.

The price was the lowest I found in Canada. The product was shipped in a timely fashion. I googled the shop before ordering for reviews and I street viewed the shop to confirm it was actually a brick and mortar shop. I like supporting small retailers in BC.
