I found out about Northstar on a fluke and have been very impressed by selection, prices and speed of shipping.
It was okay. It would be better if the metal I bought would not have been folded already. I should have the option to fold it myself. If you have given it to me flat then I would fold it myself according to my needs and folded it to fit.

Friendly staff and great selection of products. I also inquired about renting a bike late on on Saturday afternoon forgetting Northstar was closed on Sundays. To solve this issue, they proposed I hold on to the bike and return it on Monday, but would only charge me for two days. I thought this was a very fair and accommodating way to treat a customer.
