Guys in the shop were friendly, creating a comfortable environment. Also very thorough with inspecting my bike and got the work done in a great time. Also I really appreciated picking up my bike with the tires being cleaned. Just added a feeling that they took pride in what they’re doing.

I was very happy that you were able to so easily accommodate my purchase of the Orbea Urrun from four provinces away - and the shipping was free! The bike itself was over $1k cheaper than anywhere else. I had questions that were answered by email that led me to trusting an online purchase of a bike I've never ridden. I'm axiously waiting for my bike to arrive in less than 24 hours!
