Someone greets me when I walk into the store. Sometimes gear places can be intimidating but I don't feel embarrassed asking dumb questions.

I'd ordered online from Northstar bike co in the past but this was my first visit to the store. The selection was immense and staff super friendly. Will return!

Before making my online purchase I called the shop with a few questions. The employee was very polite and seemed eager to help! After completing the order my package was promptly shipped the next day! Excellent selection, and service! Absolutely will shop here again.

Products can be bought anywhere, it's the customer service and staff I like and that's why I support local even though it costs alittle more. Many thanks to Ryan and the team.

Everything was good except the FedEx shipping, someone put the incorrect address on the package and it took FedEx several phone calls and three attempts to deliver the package
