The entire process from start to finish was in keeping with our expectations. It was a multiple step process, the pricing first, then another employee made the templates, and then the installers. They did work in our two funeral homes and were great about working around our schedules. Also, they did some work in our two baths in our home. I would rate this a first-class company and the owner; Bret, was sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.
