Great company! Great staff! The entire crew was great working around my elderly mom who has dementia. Overall, we are 99% satisfied with Granite and Trend. BUT, I would ONLY refer family and friends who live north of metropolitan Atlanta. I live in the Lovejoy/Hampton area which is approximately 35 miles south of Atlanta. As the project was coming to an end, it seems to have been a problem for the project manager with the long day to day commute. From now on my #1 rule is to always use a company closest to my home. My biggest mistake was not discussing the complete layout of the final project, especially my expectations of the backsplash. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our 1st home improvement project. A big thank you to Granite and Trend Transformations. Jennifer, Carmen, Dickson, Deiro and the floor insulation crew, thank you so much for your help. Durable, looks beautiful. Staff knows what they are doing and are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Used them before years ago for our kitchen. This time they did a shower, and 3 bathroom countertops and we are so pleased.

From my initial call to the installation, was inside of two weeks! Amazing! Every person I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful! The whole project turned out perfect and beautiful! I would 100% recommend this company for countertop installation!

My wife and I love the color veins within the stone itself. The counter top goes well with the color of our kitchen cabinets and brightens up the whole kitchen. It has a very elegant look and feel to it with a reasonable price tag . The whole process was trouble and hassle free. Everyone at Granite Transformations was friendly and easy to work with. My bathroom vanity countertop exceeded my expectations, it's beautiful!

First of all, the counter-top product is an excellent quality product. We are very satisfied with it, and it transformed not only our entire kitchen, but our whole house. We love it!
The workers were first rate, as well, and, in addition, supervisor Nora, in particular, consistently went above and beyond any expectations to leave us with a stunning transformation. Very detail oriented. We were not aware of any chemical smell with the installation. However, because we were covering granite, the sanding and grinding of it created lots of micro dust. Despite all efforts by the installation crew to cover and tape cabinets and passage ways to other rooms with plastic and painter's tape, it took 3 days to clean the majority of dust away. I understand this occurs only with granite as the base - formica or wood base countertops had effectively little or none.

Brian and his team were amazing. They are very thorough, always available for any questions and so very pleasant to work with.! We did counter tops in both bathrooms as well as a new shower. I highly recommend Brian and his team. In fact I have already recommended them!

I have used Granite Transformations in Nashville for 4 different projects now. They do excellent work. Always a pleasure to do business with.

GT has a limited product selection. GT has outdated customer literature, and is written to convince the customer not to purchase the covering. Throughout the booklet has a CYA tone.

That being said, the quality of sales and installation were excellent. Jonathon for sales. Steve for installation. Tall guy with a long pony tail. Steve was accurate and neat with his template. His installation was perfect and completed his work in 6 hrs. Left the kitchen looking like a showroom.

Customer service, especially Heidi, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions at beggining, when trying to decide if using this product was the right thing for me. Rami was knowledgeable during intial visit and made excellent suggestion on how to design the shower, also responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. Installation went well and happy with result.
