Quick turnaround and amazing customer service!

People were prompt to respond, said what they were going to do and did what they said what was promised. The product is excellent and more practical for a renovation than tearing everything out (big hassle to do this). I really appreciated Scott's professionalism, the sales person who came. SUPER Pro, calm, patient, wise and experienced.

I was not happy with the comment made by one of the installers, however. As you know, the kitchen was 100% painted one week prior to this project. One of the installers who seemed not as fluent in English was wearing a measuring tape at his waist. When I went into the kithchen after a few hours while they were present/working, two drawers were completely banged up. I commented and the reply was "It was already like that." I said definitely not. "Well it's my mistake, I should have taken a photo." Honestly I DO have photos of the project before because the kitchen looked so great, and that's why I decided on new countertops. This has left an unfortunate sour taste in my mouth. Just own the bang ups. I have since had both those drawers repainted. It's just an unnecessary frustration in an otherwise smooth operation. Every other aspect was wonderful. But for the installer to say it wasn't like that and you could see exactly that the tape measure and him leaning into the counter is what did it. Your crew should not wear tools/devices at their wasted to bang up cupboards.

And one last comment. Unfortunately the counter is white and completely chipped at the sink and was at install. I asked and they said that's too bad, how it is. I see it every time I was at the sink. Is there any way to correct that chipped look?

I had my kitchen countertops and kitchen cabinets redone by Granite Transformations. From my first conversation with Sean at the home show thru the final day of installation of my newly refinished kitchen cabinets, the people I worked with were more than professional and helpful. Sean was patient and helped me find financing that I could manage. Thomas, I believe that was the name of the guy that measured and cut my countertops was patient and explained what he was doing. Very nice and respectful of my home and property. The guys that worked on my cabinets were also very nice. i didn't get their names. I was impressed with their work ethics. They came in and explained what they were going to do and gave me a timeline, which they adhered to. And last but not least, the folks in the office. Erin at Granite Transformations and Salma at the cabinet refinishing, both these folks kept me updated on timing and who would be there and when. Also apprised me of any changes. I would recommend Granite Transformations whole-heartedly.

We love the way the cabinet reface looks when complete. It is so clean and fresh and smooth. Last for a really long time. Our technician, Mike was really nice efficient and pleasant to have working in our home. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Granite transformation for making our bathrooms look fresh and new again.

We are totally satisfied with the salesman "Paul" the product and the installation. I do have one cabinet door that needs adjustment because it will not close completely on its own. Maybe when the crew is in Kansas City they can swing by and make the adjustment. We are really happy with our purchase. Thank you so much.

They don't scratch like my old Corian. There is very minimal demolition and done very quickly. Crew are friendly. Only one small issue was they got some glue on my floor and missed getting it cleaned up but I was able to do so.

They take care of their customers especially Bruce.
