We (& many others) love our indigo blue recycled quartz countertops. Granite Transformations was the only company we could find in eastern North Carolina who provided this lovely & durable product. Staff were organized, hard working, knowledgeable & wanted our satisfaction. There were some issues that were addressed fairly, corrected & done so as timely as possible. We are pleased customers & would utilize their services again.

My only constructive feed back is to have technicians take more care on initial install so no return clean up or repair is needed. Also, have technicians clean up when they are done (vacuum out cabinets (lots of debris was left in ours), clean surfaces so no glue is left behind or on floor, clean driveway of debris from sawing, inspect tiles so no broken or cracked tiles are installed, ensure kitchen tiles are properly sealed to prevent staining, etc.)

Rami stands behind the work and will make sure everything is perfect and we love our new kitchen and bath. It just took a few trips back out to our house to get there.

So prompt to come out and measure and explain about products. So professional and great workmanship and such a small time from beginning to final installation. Installers did a great job and left the place so clean and ready to use kitchen immediately. Office staff were so helpful and accommodating can’t believe how smoothly the whole job went. Would definitely recommend.

Great product, delivered and installed on time with an experienced personnel. Very happy with the end product. Only problem was getting into Goggle to send a comment on how well to installer did his job.

Cabinets not painted but wrapping is great and looks wonderful. Also the quartz countertops are lovely

My kitchen counters look fantastic. I have a blue swirl design that rocks. It brings out the color of my wall. Easy to maintain, makes the kitchen look like it came out if Good Housekeeping Magazine. I highly recommend the product, the installation , the courteous installer. An all around 100% product & customer service.

Va The selling Point for us was getting it done in one day. Plus the selection that we ordered fit what we wanted. The installation on the day of, which was 17 September, was overseen by Nora,and Frederick and another gentleman whose name escapes me. I need a call out to Nora. She was great! Very businesslike and just got things done. She was very quick, very efficient and very professional. I am impressed with her and her crew.

We were happy with the workmanship and the effort to control dust.
Workers were punctual, well mannered, and explained the process. The cabinets and drawers
are sturdy and attractive. However, all the cabinet doors {16} have paper labels that were not removed, and we are concerned we will damage the doors removing them. We are awaiting someone to remove them. I would suggest for future jobs you use peel off stickers or give instructions on how to remove them without damaging the cabinets Peeling them and soap and water did not work.. There were a couple of places where sanding exposed wood and required some touch up paint. Not a big issue.
If there is an easy way to remove stickers let us know.

The entire process from the interaction with the salesman, to same day measurement component, to the next day installation was sheer perfection. The counter tops were expertly installed and are absolutely beautiful. The entire team was professional, personable and respectful of our property.

My wife thinks it is worth the cost I don’t care!

I had cabinets and countertops resurfaced and also added backsplash, slide outs in cabinets and added a cabinet. I am very pleased with the work. The people were great to work with.
