Exemplary service provided by the team in the lead up to and on 'New Bike Day'. Particular shout out to Claire who made it possible to have the bike sent down from QLD and took care of sorting the set up measurements i sent through. To Ken who made pick up day an enjoyable experience from all angles in making any final tweaks, providing tips and being willing to engage in and compare bikepacking adventures. To Emily who made sure to put my requested pedals aside and arrange for the chain to be degreased. And to Aaron who greeted us on the day and who I'm sure doesn't have the ability to not smile!

The TREK shop at Bennetts Green is superbly stocked and well set out with plenty of room in the store. More importantly the staff are fantastic. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and take the time to listen to and answer your questions. Emily in particular is outstanding and well backed up by Charlie. I would highly recommend visiting the premises if you are thinking of purchasing a new bike or simply are starting on your riding adventures for the very first time.
