Ken and all staff are amazing. They always go out of their way to help us even when they were chasing our replacement ’Thulle’ bike rack that we didn’t even buy from their store! That’s why we went back there last weekend and bought a new bike for my son. We will always go to Trek Bennets Green for any bike needs. Keep up the great service guys😃👍🏻
It’s important if you read this why I have bothered to write a review. I am 60, have bought a lot of bikes & even built my own. TREK bikes have history & it’s exceptional. I wanted a TREK MADONE for my 60th. The staff & their knowledge of their products is without pier. In particular Ken Shoring (Bennets Green) gave me what I call the TREK experience. Great service, knowledge. I am so happy with my experience I want all who reads this to have the same TREK experience.

As soon as I step foot in the store, I’m greeted. Aaron at the desk helped me out big time, gave me a handful on cable ends - so i figured I should buy something, bought some really nice priced, decent chain lube and took it to the counter. Then got a $10 discount on that, my whole trip costed $5. It was amazing, and as a Trek rider, who’s seriously contemplating buying a new slash - this may have sealed the deal. Aaron deserves credit, it was proper local store service

The recent servicing of my MTB was first class. It goes like a new one. The staff were great to deal with. Communication was on point
The young fellow who served us was very professional and gave lots of helpful advice.
Dealt with Ken who offered good old fashioned customer service , took his time to get me set up which has resulted in me being absolutely hooked on pedalling my new Trek Checkpoint SL5 😎
Looking forward to getting some serious KM’s done on this thing !

I am extremely happy with my Trek Rail 7 , it is a very solid go anywhere bike. After riding it for 4000 km I have 100% confidence that I purchased the right product at the right price 👌. All bikes need maintenance and every time I approach Trek Bennets Green , either in store or over the phone , the service goes well beyond good , it cannot be faulted.
